Rebuilding Together Northeast Ohio envisions a safe home and community for every person. From providing minor accessibility modifications for older adults to age in place, to replacing roofs for low-income homeowners in need, we aim to serve our clients and their communities in a meaningful, sustainable way.
By leveraging donations, volunteers, partnerships, and sponsors, Rebuilding Together Northeast Ohio is able to leave a lasting impact on communities across Northeast Ohio.
Our Focus
Safe and Healthy Housing
Our programs address the 8 principals of safe and healthy housing: Dry, clean, pest-free, safe, contaminant-free, ventilated, maintained, and thermally controlled.
Community Revitalization
Rebuilding Days
Each year, Rebuilding Together Northeast Ohio teams up with sponsors, volunteers, and partners to complete community revitalization projects in key impact zones in Akron and Cleveland. These community revitalization projects, or Rebuilding Days, focus on impacting a neighborhood and its residents by addressing critical home repairs, green space, neighborhood safety, street beautification, and more. To ensure a lasting and sustainable impact we commit to focusing on target neighborhoods for 2-3 years at a time.
